Take your broth drinking to another level with our home-made pastured poultry gelatin! Made in our on-farm kitchen, we use variety of poultry bones to create this jelly-like treat. The benefits of gelatin are endless, and we couldn't be more proud to add this to our product lineup. To keep the jelly like consistency, please be sure to thaw this item in your refrigerator. This product ships in 32 oz. containers.
Ingredients: Pastured Poultry(May contain a mix of Chicken, Turkey, and/or Guinea), Water, Onion, Carrot, Celery, Bay Leaf, and Cider Vinegar
Freshly made gelatin, when refrigerated, typically lasts for 7 days. To maximize shelf life, store it in the coldest part of the refrigerator, like the back of a lower shelf, and avoid the refrigerator door. For longer storage, freezing is recommended. We date it a year out because it is sold frozen. Once opened we recommend consumption within 3-5 days for fresh/safe consumption.
